Printed products

Because every banner and standee is personalised with your photograph and text, we cannot accept a return simply because you changed your mind.

We will replace or refund in full if the item arrives damaged, if the print does not match the proof you approved, or if the wrong size was sent. Write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and the packaging.

Design files

Digital files cannot be returned once downloaded. If a file is corrupt, incomplete or not as described, contact us and we will send a working file or refund you in full.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
